If the practice is not already set up we will send a form to the practice administrator for the practice bank details

We will register your practice and each accredited optometrist will be given their own personal access to our secure electronic portal to complete and submit a post cataract report for ACES post surgery patients. Once your practice has been set up our Community Relationship Manager for your area will contact you to arrange a convenient time to visit to go through the system and invoicing procedure. When your referred patients have had surgery we will send an outcome letter to your practice and to the patient, advising them to have a post cataract check. Only patients you have referred will be directed to your practice. The post operative check should take place after 4 weeks no sooner. Once submitted our clinical team will then make a decision on any further needs of the patient or they will be discharged.
